Sealed and still in shrink wrap. If the case is broken, we will reduce the price accordingly.

Clean disc, clean case, clean inlay/cover. Also known as near mint condition.

Some surface marks on disc, or a bit of daily wear on the cases, or the inlay not perfect.

A not pretty CD, but still play. The case and/or the inlay cover are also not the best.

This is a poor quality CD that is not typical for us, but a historic or rare copy of a CD.

THE ABOVE PRICES ARE JUST OUR BASE PRICES. THERE ARE COLLECTIBLE

AND RARE ITEMS IN OUR INVENTORY. PRICES WILL VARY FOR THOSE ITEMS

HANDLING OF CDs:

We clean every disc and case that comes in with marks, fingerprints, and stuff. If it cannot be cleaned or is broken or cracked too badly, the cases will be replaced. The pricing of CDs does include the cases, the covers, and the discs as one item. In the rare moment that we sell a poor or "acceptable" conditioned CD, it is only for the history or availability of the CD. Sometimes it's better to have some certain albums, no matter the condition, than to not have it at all. It's rare, but occasionally they do come across our desk.

HOW WE SHIP OUR CDs OUT TO YOU:

Every CD is placed in a clear vinyl sleeve, wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap and placed into a bubble wrap mailer. We send them out twice a day: first in the morning mail run before noon and the second run in the afternoon before 4 pm. Luckily, we are centrally located in the middle of the United States, so shipping is always going to be relatively quick. We always ship CDs out either the day of the purchase or the next morning, except on Sundays and holidays.

NEW CDs AND NEW RELEASES:

Occasionally, we do end up with new and sealed CDs. For the most part, those are base priced at $7.99 no matter how old, classic, or new it is. If the case is cracked or broken, but still sealed, we will lower the price accordingly. On occasion we will obtain the latest releases but in limited quantity. Those will be priced at retail value due to the fact that they are new releases, but we do undercut most other retailers as far down as we can before we lose money on the CD.

HOW WE OBTAIN CDs:

We buy our CDs constantly. Every week we are on the lookout for deals in bulk from online sales, estates, personal collections, etc. We obtain a lot of duplicates, which will often be bundled up for sale as a lot. We also donate many CDs to local charity shops to lighten our load. We do have a very small staff that will often buy and trade CDs and grade them for sale, and in some cases their idea may differ from someone else's. But we do a three-point grading system. We inspect all CDs when they come in, clean them, and replace cases or booklets and whatever, and then we grade them a second time when we snap their photo. Yes, we photograph every single CD, and then we grade it a third time to make sure we got it right when we upload the listing on eBay.

RULES FOR SHIPPING:

We ship anywhere in the United States for the standard USPS media fees, $4.47 per pound, or roughly 3-4 CDs. International sales will require additional calculation, depending on where your CDs are going; however, with current tariffs in place for overseas, shipping is stupid ridiculous. That will change soon. Just not soon enough. Purchasing a CD from overseas will require a calculation of shipping after your purchase. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we hate it, but it's the only way to give you the proper shipping and tariff costs, and no one gets screwed (any more than we are already being).

BULK CD PURCHASES:

We will combine shipping on multiple purchases. We have a method that has proven easier for us to keep up for our records. You must purchase all of your desired CDs and will be charged the complete shipping fees for $4.47 EACH. However, we will refund the fees for every three CDs you purchased. In other words, if you purchase 5 CDs, you will be funded the shipping fees of 3 of the CDs, which will make the fees run close to $5.50 for all 5 CDs. It's a process that can seem like more of a hassle, but not really. You will be refunded immediately once we begin to handle the sale and eBay is really good to put the money back on your card/bank/PayPal very quickly.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

We guarantee everything we sell. After we grade CDs, we are confident they are up to standard, and we post the listing as accurately as possible. For items that are defective or if you received the wrong item, we will pay for return shipping. Please send the CD back to us, and we will refund you immediately and fully upon inspection to determine if a refund is warranted. We are very strict about CDs being listed exactly as we describe and ALL CDs leave our hands exactly as we decribed. We have no margin for error, so we are confident your CD was shipped fully in tact and looking exactly s you expect it to be. It is not just a rule of ours, but it is our business model and practice Our lengthy feedback on eBay reflects this. We cannot refund your CD because you changed your mind or don't like the CD you purchased. If you abuse the money-back guarantee you can be blocked from purchasing from us and reported to eBay, and may be blocked from purchasing from any vendor. Please respect this rule. We DO NOT want to lose a customer. Also, once the 30 days are past, we cannot and will not refund your CD under any circumstance.

PROBLEMS OR ISSUES WITH YOUR CD:

Again, we are adamant about the condition of your CD and have our 30-day guarantee based on the confidence of our work ethic and business practice. But we are still human and can make mistakes. As rare as it is, we do commit to service, so we ask tat you contact us IMMEDIATELY!!! We will work with you on correcting any issues you have with our CDs.

DELIVERED CDs:

Once a CD is marked as "DELIVERED" by the post office, there is very little we can and will do. You will have to take up the issue with your local post office or neighbors or the police to recover a potentially stolen CD. We've had scammers try to get their perfectly delivered CD for free, and they are immediately banned from our store, and reported to eBay and can and may be banned from purchasing from any other vendor. eBay is one the side of the seller when vendors make errors, but are on our side when we are being scammed.

WHY eBAY?:

After years of brick-and-mortar stores, we've learned that keeping the lights on is becoming more and more impossible. It's not like the old days where everyone depended on their local record shop for their music purchases. eBay offers up safety features to protect you, the buyer, and us, the vendor. They offer free tracking of your items and protects both of us for purchases. The overhead cost is ridiculous out there in the physical world when no one is shopping like they used to, so eBay give us sellers a way to save money, even though they charge us this and that, which may seem unfair, but in reality, when the numbers are crunched, it works out in our favor to keep ourselves in business.

OUR PHYSICAL LOCATION:

We are located on the historic district of Eureka Springs, Arkansas - a town of only 2,000 people, many of them artists, musicians and small business owners (and tons of places to eat). We own an old 1800s Victorian home with three floors. Our basement has been made into a mini-warehouse with shelves filled with CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, 8-tracks, DVDs, Blu-Rays, music memorabilia and magazines piled high and will eventually get to selling those online someday. We have our fully functioing online radio station, The Vinyl Museum, on the top floor that is an entire corner of a room that is surrounded by posters, signs, neon and radio broadcast equipment (some vintage).

LOCAL PICKUP:

If you purchase CDs online from us, local pickup is not available because we will still charge the shipping fees. In-store CDs are priced higher to balance out the shipping fees that those that purchase online have to pay.
